The goal of each World of Warcraft player is to get more gold. It is important to purchase items such as the armor or weapons because it is definitely useful later on in the game. However, one of the things you must remember is that gold is not easy to get, and you have to work for it first.
This World of Warcraft Gold Guide will cover the various options for making gold including grinding, professions, flipping, or purchasing from gold sellers. We’re going to focus on the first three in this guide. You can learn these skills easily, and once you’re already familiar, it will be very easy for you to make a lot of gold very quickly. All you need to know is how and where to make it. Let’s begin.
Grinding for Gold
If you want to get more gold in very quick amount of time, grinding would probably be the best way to do it. Grinding gold is very tedious work; however, there are locations and techniques that can get you 50 gold pieces in just as quick as an hour, which makes it well worth it. As extra bonus, most of the players like to spend some time grinding while questing. It can easily increase your experience points, which is beneficial to the player in the long run.
For those who are serious in grinding, there may be a few places that you may want to concentrate on. More possibilities for higher amounts of gold earned in an hour may be seen in the higher levels. However, easy income can be made by grinding mobs and flipping the items that they drop. This will be discussed further later in this guide.
Quality grinding opportunities are mostly available once you go past level 50. You can earn about 50 gold pieces in an hour in Winterspring which is a region full of mobs. Make sure to spend more time here. However, I suggest that it would be best to start at the Winterfall Village.
There are a lot of furbolgs here, and they are relatively easy to kill while having a high drop rate. As a bonus, you can earn your Timbermaw here.
Other great opportunities for grinding can also be found in The Yeti’s in the Everlook Forest. It is relatively easy to overcome this section on your own, plus, they don’t do much damage. Frostsabers are also easy targets. You may want to look for them as well. You will be provided with more experience in the Eastern Plaguelands once you go past level 80.It is also quite easy to find mobs for grinding there.
The Mossflayer Zombie is an really easy target that will easily earn you more than 50 gold per hour, with the right techniques and patience of course.
Professions that Earn Gold
This method of getting more gold may take a little longer than grinding, but it is a whole lot more interesting. Eventhough all professions earn you gold, the most profitable ones are skinning, leatherworking, and blacksmithing. Secondary professions like fishing can also earn you gold, but you’ll need the primary skill of cooking before you can make real money off it.
Alchemy is another good profession, but you eed to spend a lot of time gathering or purchasing the necessary items. A good profession to start with is either kinning or blacksmithing. These mesh well with flipping, which we’ll talk about next.
To effectively get gold with any profession you are in, spend time investing on your skills. This could definitely take you away from questing, but you could try balancing everything. It is worth your time and effort to reach a skill level of over 300, but it is going to take from you, a lot of patience. Once you get in this level, the items you create would be more saleable.
